Services
Cost-effective, high-impact fractional services and 7 Stages of Growth™ programs designed for small businesses ready to grow with intention.
What the Status Quo Is Actually Costing You
Every month a founder is handling work that should be delegated, decisions aren't being made at the right level, and a leadership team is operating without clear accountability — those things have a real price. It just doesn't show up as a line item.
A seasoned COO-level operator is out of reach for most small businesses as a full-time hire. SCI makes that same level of operational leadership accessible on a fractional basis — without the overhead, equity, or long-term commitment a full-time hire requires.
For most companies, the question isn't whether they can afford a fractional COO. It's whether they can afford to keep running without one.
The Fractional Advantage
- Senior executive experience — without a full-time hire
- No equity, benefits package, or payroll overhead
- No recruiting fees or lengthy onboarding process
- Month-to-month flexibility with a satisfaction guarantee
- End the engagement at any time — no severance, no legal exposure
Fractional COO vs. Full-Time Hire at a Glance

| Commitment | Permanent hire | Month-to-month |
| Exit risk | Severance + potential legal exposure | Cancel anytime — no obligation |
| Time to start | 3–6 month search + onboarding | Immediate |
| Availability | 5 days/week | 1–2 days/week — right-sized to your needs |

Fractional EOS Integrator
SCI's Fractional EOS Integrator service partners with your CEO to execute the company Vision — leading the Leadership Team, driving accountability, and delivering traction without a full-time hire. Available as a long-term fractional engagement or as an Interim EOS Integrator during a leadership transition. This service is for EOS companies that have worked with an Implementer and are familiar with EOS concepts and tools.
As the CEO's right hand, I partner with you to ensure that your Vision is being executed. This means leading weekly Level 10 Meetings, conducting weekly 1:1 sessions with Leadership Team members, monthly Same Page Meetings with the CEO, and attending Quarterly and Annual meetings. I also work with team members during the week to resolve issues with their weekly To-Dos and Quarterly Rocks.
What's Included
- Weekly Level 10 Meeting facilitation
- Weekly 1:1s with Leadership Team members
- Monthly Same Page Meetings with CEO
- Quarterly & Annual Planning attendance
- Weekly To-Do and Rock support
- Issues identification and resolution
End Result
- Self-managing Leadership Team that executes
- Decisions made at the right level
- CEO freed to work on the business
- Clear path to a full-time Integrator

Particularly valuable for:
- Turnarounds where rapid change is urgent
- Stabilizing a volatile environment prior to a new Integrator taking over
- Transitioning from a "Do-Everything CEO" (a Watchmaker) to a managerial leader (a Beekeeper) prior to hiring or promoting a full-time Integrator
- Companies that need an Interim EOS Integrator — whether their current Integrator has departed, is transitioning out, or they are preparing for their first permanent Integrator hire

Fractional COO
SCI's Fractional COO service builds a self-managing leadership team that executes and makes decisions at the right level — so the CEO can work on the business rather than in the business. For non-EOS and pre-EOS companies.
I partner with you to ensure your vision is executed by leading weekly meetings, mentoring Leadership Team members, and building systems and processes that hit targeted revenue, margin, or other key business goals. Concurrent implementation of a 7SG™ X-Ray is highly recommended.
What's Included
- Weekly leadership meeting facilitation
- Leadership Team mentoring & development
- Systems and process development
- Revenue, margin, and KPI management
- Strategic initiative planning & execution
- Turnaround and crisis management
Ideal For
- Founders or CEOs handling everything themselves
- Companies unable to afford a full-time COO
- PE acquisitions needing self-managing orgs
- Companies in turnaround or crisis needing immediate operational leadership
- Companies that have plateaued and need the operational infrastructure to break through to the next level
- Founders who are ready to scale and want an experienced operator to build the organization around that vision
- Companies preparing to hire a full-time COO
Particularly valuable for: Founders and CEOs who are handling both the visionary and operational roles simultaneously, companies experiencing rapid growth that has outpaced their management infrastructure, PE-backed acquisitions that need a self-managing leadership team established quickly, and businesses navigating a leadership transition or preparing to scale to the next stage of growth.

7 Stages of Growth Profit Zone Training
CEOs bear all the weight of ensuring profitability and cash flow. Profit Zone Training enlists the entire workforce in taking initiative to grow revenue, manage costs, and ensure both profitability and cash flow for growth.
The financial literacy problem: An employee who doesn't understand how their daily work impacts the company's ability to make and keep money is flying blind. Pleadings from a CEO to "watch what you spend" or "stay on top of your billable hours" will fall on deaf ears—not because employees don't care, but because they haven't been taught. Profit Zone Training changes that.
What Participants Learn
- Key concepts: cash flow, revenue, cost
- The 9 activities that generate profit
- How each person's role connects to profitability
- A diagnostic tool oriented on profitability projects
- Up to 5 projects to improve financial standing (over 6–12 months)
Program Features
- Train-the-Trainer — leadership team learns to cascade training to the entire org
- Crawl / Walk / Run approach builds org-wide buy-in
- Creates employee ownership of financial health
- Can stand alone or complement the X-Ray
- In EOS companies, projects can become Rocks

Integrator / Leadership Mentoring
New Integrators are often in their first leadership position, their first EOS implementation, or both. SCI's Integrator mentoring helps them quickly gain the skills and perspective needed for their new roles.
By observing Level 10 meetings and 1:1 sessions, and following up with individualized feedback in weekly sessions, SCI ensures that your Integrator is comfortable working at the strategic level required—while building a self-managing organization that isn't dependent on the Visionary or the Integrator for daily operations.
Also available for COOs, Presidents, and other leadership team members stepping into expanded roles. The goal is to accelerate their development and reduce the common "first year" mistakes that cost organizations time, money, and talent.
Advisory Services
Running a company as its Founder or CEO is often a lonely role. While systems, processes, and tools can help offload work, the responsibility of leadership falls squarely on your shoulders.
I've spent more than 25 years inside organizations at every stage of growth — as an operator, not a consultant — which means I'm rarely seeing a problem for the first time. In an Advisory role, I provide a key sounding board for the Founder or CEO—smoothing rough edges and proactively resolving issues before they grow.
🏛️ Board Leadership
My experience as an Integrator, Product Manager, Operations leader, and Growth Curve Specialist provides a unique perspective on strategic management and growing a business through all seven stages.
I help companies optimize where they are and plan for where they want to be—bringing an outside board member's objectivity combined with the operating depth of someone who has actually run these organizations.
Built for the Exact Challenges PE Acquisitions Face
When you acquire a small business, you inherit a specific set of challenges that demand immediate attention: a company built around a founder or a few key individuals, operational processes that haven't been tested under pressure, and the need to service debt while building toward a profitable exit — often without the cash to bring on a full executive team to do it.
I've been inside these organizations when it mattered most. Two examples:
When a PE-owned company's London office lost its Operations Director and began losing customers, Kyle was sent in to hold it together. In six months he stabilized the operation, retained the customer base, and built the operational and technical foundation that ultimately cut costs by 42% and enabled 300% customer growth — with no new headcount. Read the full story →
When a critical customer contract threatened to unravel a $750M investment, Kyle was tapped to take personal ownership of the recovery. The project was corrected. The investment proceeded.
These are the scenarios PE owners plan for and hope never happen. When they do happen, you need someone who can step in, take ownership, and build an organization that doesn't depend on any single person to function — including themselves. That's what SCI delivers.
