SCI is based in Chattanooga and primarily serves companies across the Southeast — but geography isn't a barrier for the right engagement. I work with select clients outside the region using a hybrid model that preserves the in-person relationships that matter most without requiring an on-site presence every week.

How it works: the engagement starts with an in-person introduction at your location. Weekly leadership meetings run remotely. Quarterly and annual planning sessions are conducted in-person — either at your site or at a neutral location. The structure keeps costs reasonable while maintaining the kind of direct, face-to-face access that makes operational leadership effective.
